At Hi-Street, we want you to love your style; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags still attached.

Return Process

  Place the items securely in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact to qualify for a refund.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
